Cancel an Order

When an order is canceled, it is completely canceled and a notification email is sent to the Buyer.

If you receive an Order of several items and do not have one of them, the Order is canceled completely. You can not cancel an item and send the rest.

We do it this way for the shipping costs. Have in mind that the shipping costs is divided by the number of items of the order and if you can not send one of them, the buyer may not want the order due to the shipping costs.
